Bio
Born to a family of traveling circus performers, Hans Victor Lastro's parents were Alligator Boy and the bearded lady. From the ill-traveled Carkigstan Mountains to the lesser-known region of Demiloer, young Lastro moved around frequently - learning knife throwing and weight guessing from the finest carnies and circus-folk in Eastern Europe. Taking a brief, but important role in the famed "November Hijnks" in Kerjectistan in the late 70s, Lastro had finally found fortune and infamy among the ranks of the Armageddon Steel Legion. Serving as adjunct to Commissar Heinlein, he was field-promoted to the rank of full Commissar after the fall of Heinlein in the famed Battle of the Crooked Pants. When not destroying Tyranid armies or subjugating and conscripting rural farm folk, Commissar Lastro enjoys playing the dulcimer and Sentinel polo. He is a sagittarius.
